London Irish number eight Chris Hala'ufia has been cited for an incident during their Heineken Cup match with Leinster in the weekend.
The Samoa international faces a charge over an alleged punch on Leinster second row Leo Cullen during the pool six clash at Twickenham.
The 31-year-old has been called to an independent disciplinary hearing in Dublin on Thursday.
If found guilty Hala'ufia could be suspended for anything up to a year.
