The Ministry of Consumer Affairs would like to invite you to attend this forum on knowing your consumer rights.

• who to go to about misleading advertising, unfair traders
• how to plan ahead so you are not caught out for money
• how you can get help when dealing with finance companies
• what a finance company shouldn’t charge you for
• your last resort – bankruptcy and options of writing off debt
• what to do with problems with your bank
• how to clear your credit listing if it isn’t your debt.
